Yoga is not just a sequence of asana postures and poses and pranayama breath-work. Yoga literally translates to union from Sanskrit. Union of our true values aligned with our actions so we can be our most authentic selves. When we exist in this space the universe tends to conspire positive vibrations in our lives. Yoga has a way of revealing your true self or what is out of alignment and needs some fine tuning, toning or some extra tender loving care (TLC).
