When:
By appointment Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10am to 6pm. Sessions run for 1hr to 1.5hrs
How:
Choose from the three, five or ten session bundle. You can change this at any time as we go if you wish. You can come daily, twice a week, weekly or even fortnightly.
Where:
Sessions are held in the tranquil studio. Its a safe, private, nurturing space that you will be and feel completely supported in by your experienced, qualified caring yoga practitioner. Surrounded by lush gardens and inside is aesthetic, spacious and clean. 46 Tuckeroo Ave, Tallowood Estate, Mullumbimby, NSW.

It's way beyond yoga and a deep dive into you and your quality of life. Not only does Oja yoga deliver on the little things and go that extra mile to ensure your experience is meaningful and special, but you also receive an insight into yogi philosophy in a way that is applicable to your own life. Also learning the relevance and benefits of each pose (asana) or breath technique (pranayama). You can expect a beautiful blend of impactful guided meditation, mindful mantra and purposeful massage as some of the cherries on top. Offering an Ayurvedic tea on arrival is just the beginning, the space is equipped with all the yoga props needed and more. You will receive resourceful hand-outs and knowledge that is like the gift that keeps on giving and yours to keep for a life-time.

1;1: Personalised Prescription Yoga Tailor Made To Benefit Your Unique/ Specific Needs.. Bear in mind that Yoga is much more than just the asana/ movement. In fact it is really only 15%. This is an all encompassing in depth intake into YOU- through the lens of ancient tried and tested Yoga philosophy & traditional Ayurvedic lifestyle practices. We are also calling upon our own in-built healing modalities and our bodies natural intelligence. This can last you your life-time as the gift that keeps on giving.
Whilst we do cover correct postures and alignment and how each pose has a purpose behind it with its own set of benefits, this course is nothing to do with how 'flexi or sexy' you are in yoga and has everything to do with how you feel. It is a self development program empowering you in prioritising self-care. It is designed with love to lead us out of any stagnation or suffering and dis-ease and pave the path towards optimising our health and tracking towards a more sattvic state of homeostasis/ equilibrium. This gives space for us to live with curiosity and contentment (santosha) and fulfil our true natures purpose, stripping us back to our soul or heart space.
You can expect to be taking a deep dive into the five pillars of life (Kosha's/ Layers/ Sheaths) that make us who we are from the gross to subtle qualities and components. We use this wisdom as our roadmap to self shakti (self empowerment) and bhakti (self love/devotion). A journey of guided self inquiry and prompted reflection through a yogi lens. From self awareness stems a richer understanding of our tapestry and then we have the opportunity for welcoming and activating growth or healthy change.
We check in with ourselves as to what Dosha/s (Prakruti; Individual inherent constitution) are dominating and how we relate to and show up in the world and how we can better navigate and harmonise our way in it whilst staying true to our path. You will discover whether you are dominant in Pita, Kapha or Vata and receive a valuable blueprint to living with more quality of life. As we explore these Ayurvedic lifestyle insights, you will be developing your dinacharya and ratricharya (morning and evening routines aimed to set you up for success) with gentle, achievable applications, practices and rituals.
We look at the fundamental keys of living a balanced (Sattvic) life through the lens of the three Guna's (Life qualities /innate nature) so that we may spend our time and energy in a wiser way that serves our highest self and nurtures our purpose. If you don't actually know your purpose that is absolutely ok! I have got you with that one...
You will receive a solid self care framework; A carefully curated program and powerful personalised action plan to support you in creating your Sankalpas (Goals) turning them into your reality.
There is much more ground that we cover as we uncover and de-mystify the practical aspects of yoga and how to apply it to ourselves for optimal health, executive functioning and general happiness benefits. You will be equipped with tools that help you to help yourself increase and sustain quality of life. We access our playful curiosity and connect to our heart space. Its like a friendly reminder to lead from this space, often an 'a-ha' moment. Tuning into and honouring our true nature or our higher selves.
On your supported journey you will explore Asana Alignment, Somatic Yoga, Movement Therapy, Yoqi, Pranayama (One of the real O.G's of breath-work), Mind-Body-Soul Connection
